We are proud to announce that Andrei Khatskevich has joined LTM Group as a Project Manager. Andrei has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belarus. He has over 15 years of mechanical engineering design experience as well as experience in the installation of engineering systems. For the last 15 years Andrei worked for engineering firms designing NVAC systems, boiler rooms, and chillers, as well as heat and gas supply. Please welcome Andrei to the LTM team!

Lance Kaplan is LTM Engineering Group’s President. Lance has over 25 years of experience as a General Manager, supervising on-site construction projects and over 20 years of experience managing condominiums as a licensed CAM.
Lance's unique experience allows him to see projects from the all sides.

Todd Wasserman is LTM Engineering Group's CEO. Todd has been a Principal and the COO of LTM Group LLC for the past seven years. During this time, Todd and Lance provided premium project management services for over $100M in construction projects and together they have helped condominiums obtain almost $100M in funding from institutional lenders for critical construction projects.
